  The people there are just rude and nasty they have no respect for there clients and always have a bad attitude maybe it's cause the clerks are old as dirt I bet they support Trump because they are just as ignorant especially Jenn they also post fake 5 star ratings about their services I wish I could have rated them a no star ......not a single one.......you suck!!!

  Do not show up at 5:00 and 1 second and expect service. The door will be locked, and they will look at you through the glass like you're the biggest moron that's ever walked the planet. Meanwhile, they're packing their things and getting ready to walk out the door so that they can get home by 5:10. God forbid they get home at 5:11. My other account is at TD Bank (one of the "big banks"). You can walk into TD at 6:03 and not only will the door still be unlocked, but they will greet you with the same smile with which they greet customers at 2:30. I try not to test it often. I had moved some of my money from the "big bank" to the local community credit union a few years back as part of the "Bank Transfer Day" movement. The underlying narrative was that the "big banks" don't care about you and that the local community credit unions will provide superior customer service. Well, Northwest Hills Credit Union has consistently disproved that notion. I think I will transfer the rest back to the "big bank". And, frankly, I don't think Northwest Hills will care one bit.
